Frank Martini

Frank Martini lives in eastern Oakland Park and services all the surrounding communities. He moved to Fort Lauderdale in the summer of 2010. He brought with him a wealth of real estate experience and knowledge from San Francisco, California where he had been helping clients since 2005 as both a salesman and a broker associate. Upon moving to Fort Lauderdale, Frank joined Castelli Real Estate Services because of their outstanding reputation.

Frank is very involved with the Realtor community, constantly helping is fellow professionals. He has serviced as a member in large on the MLS Committee and has also serviced as at the MLS Committee Chairman. Frank is also certified by NAR as a BPOR (Broker Property Opinion Resource). This means he has the experience and training to give qualified opinion on property values to lenders and individuals.

Graduating college with a B.S. in both Math and Physics, Frank then embarked on a long career in software design, development and consulting. After having remodeled many of his own properties he choose to devote his time to helping others find their dream homes and real estate investments. His easy going, confident nature makes him a joy to work with while his tenacity and work ethic means he produces results.

Frank was born and raised in New York City, attended college in Buffalo, NY and graduate school in Denver Colorado where he purchased his first home in 1986. He then moved to San Francisco in 1989 and called it home for over 21 years. In Fort Lauderdale, he enjoys the unique building characteristics, year round warm weather, beaches and botanicals. In his free time, Frank enjoys working out, going to the beach, scuba diving, the arts, SciFi and always working on his own property.

Through hard work, dedication to his clients and his highly regarded reputation in the Realtor community, Frank has built his business from nothing to over 25 closed transactions per year. Frank works to help each individual client find and achieve their real estate goals knowing that a satisfied client is worth much more then the rewards of a single transaction.
