A success is a result of team work. *** WEEKLY OPEN HOUSES ***
"Hi. My name is Tim. I am a devoted, fulltime real estate agent working hard to fulfill the expectations of my clients."
Tim came to United States from Germany in 2010. He lived in Germany for 15 years before he decided to settle down in South Florida seeing its potential and role in world tourism. Tim has been Gables, Wilton Manors resident for last 10 years. His daily routine starts having a coffee in the local Java Boys coffee shop, a few steps away from his front door.
Since his arrival to US he was involved in Airbnb business. Started as an Airbnb host, then part time Airbnb cleaning, repair, he started later his own business as an "Airbnb Repair and Maintenance". In addition Tim also worked for a short period of time as an Insurance Inspector doing exterior home inspections covering greater Fort Lauderdale area.
It must be said that Tim is quite new in real estate. But he is already specializing in income producing properties, LGBT friendly condominium communities and everything around it. Tim prefers working in team. His easy going, open minded approach makes his clients feel comfortable working with him. The advantage of being newly licensed realtor is having a lot of time. Catch him in his morning coffee shop and say hello. He loves talking about real estate. Or visit his weekly open houses and educate yourself about local housing market.
DON'T FORGET ASK HIM ABOUT NEW AGENTS DISCOUNT.

One more thing. Tim does believe a house/building is a form of "living organism". The house is built (born) and then establishes its structure on the ground its built. It needs breathing and constant care (maintenance). And of course at the end of its useful life they are replaced with new one.
