Scott Neubrecht

I grew up in the mid-Michigan area and received my bachelor’s degree in Merchandising Management from Michigan State University. When I was young, I always loved coming to South Florida to visit my grandparents for spring break, so I knew that I wanted to live here. After graduation from college, I was hired by Burdines Department Stores and moved here to begin a career in retail and hospitality that has spanned over the last 27 years. In the retail and hospitality industries, your success depends on making people happy. This is where I truly discovered the value of great customer service. If you do everything you can to make sure a customer is happy, they will thank you for it and find you again.
